Steam heating in Connecticut is typically for commercial, multifamily and large homes. In some areas steam heating is making a come back since manufactures now are offering high-efficiency steam boilers. If your building or home has an aging or dying steam boiler, a new conventional or high-efficiency steam option might be best for you. Still, the vast majority of new steam boilers start at the 80-85% thermal efficiency, but there are many many ways to boost a steam boiler efficiency levels with various heat recovery systems.

Availability– Our steam installers are almost always booked up, so, if you are just looking for a free estimate or to shop around other steam contractors prices. Please, please, please do not call us unless that information is worth 125 dollars. Our steam guys only have time for installations, not writing estimates.
Fees– We charge a fee of $125 for residential steam system sizing, material and labor estimates. $225 for commercial steam sizing, material & labor estimates. This fee prevents us from wasting valuable time and is strictly enforced with all steam estimates. Estimate Fee is fully refunded at start of job.
